Summer Shades of Blue Primary Bedroom in Los Angeles

The primary bedroom.
The primary bedroom features a blue reef color palette. It looks like it’s underwater. Justina added her own design twist with brass Palm-tree lampstands and rattan furniture.
The primary closet.
Everyone needs a glamourous dressing room in your home…right? Justina’s closet is right off the primary bathroom. Her wardrobe is as colorful as her home.
The primary bathroom.
One of my favorite things about the bathroom is the inlaid teak doors by Andrianna Shamaris. A great way to hide the toilet, but it still complements the look of the room.
Another look at the primary bathroom.
Justina renovated two smaller bathrooms to create one larger spa-like primary paradise. She also added three skylights to bring a ton of natural sunlight. It’s a beautiful space that has its own individual style but is still cohesive to the bedroom.

A closer look at her dressing room that features cabinetry by California Closets. It continues the blue-green color scheme with wallpaper by her company Jungalow.
I know Justina from being in the blogging space. After many years, we finally met when we sat on a panel discussion about 5 years ago. She is one of the few bloggers that I go to for advice and is always so generous with information. We did meet up for coffee one time at Bloom & Plume – A Black-Owned Coffee Shop in Los Angeles. I admire what she has with her brand, products, and business. I’ve always been a fan of her artwork too. She has become quite the powerhouse. I love her design point of view and her vibrant style.
