P63 Apartment by DA bureau

P63 is a compact city apartment developed for just one of our typical shoppers. Most of his time, he stays with his loved ones in the country and arrives downtown only on company for 1-2 days. When commencing this structure challenge, we had been confronted with the difficult activity of successfully organising the place in a comparatively compact apartment and generating it as practical as feasible.

We made a decision to focus on 3D space organisation. Hence, we have developed an item in the kind of a cube that logically divided the central space of the apartment into quite a few zones. On a person aspect of the space, there is a kitchen, and on the other facet, a fairly massive storage place is put this permitted us to keep the hallway and the entrance spot both equally neat and functional. Also, we designed a modest doing the job space inside of this volumetric object.

As the key idea of the condominium, we strived to produce anything completely different from the client’s nation home, wherever black colour predominates. So, we wanted to make the room in the condominium dazzling, concise, and pure. That is why we selected white as a colour for all surfaces. In the meantime, a purposeful volumetric inexperienced cube turned the visual accent of the style.

The setting of the apartment is designed in a concise and minimalist fashion, with virtually no decor. To emphasise the geometry of the house, we used shadow profiles and concealed skirting boards. The interior is based mostly on minimalist and very well-built constructions that make an unpretentious place appear advanced and compelling.
