BLAIR COUNTY, Pa (WTAJ) — Law enforcement have arrested a man who allegedly took $5,000 for a household improvement undertaking that he never ever did.

Ronald David Snyder, 59, was arrested, right after reportedly getting cash to re-facet a man’s property in August 2021.
